Crochet stitching. There are bobbles on the top for design feature.  Color is a solft lilac I often describe as French or Smokey. One of many favorites. 
The cloche hat is made with a small brim to curve around you face to not only frame your face , but provide a little  reprieve from the sun . 
One size adult, fits a medium to large depending on hair type.
